The HL-1100HB by Lanxi Heli Machinery is a high-speed web-fed flexographic printing and cold glue binding production line designed for thick notebook manufacturing. It integrates all processes from web unwinding through flexo printing, page counting, cover feeding, spine gluing, trimming, and optional corner rounding into one continuous automated workflow — achieving “one roll of paper in, finished notebooks out.”
This perfect binding machine achieves a maximum printing speed of 300 m/min and a maximum cutting speed of 300 m/min. The page counting unit handles 14–208 sheets per section with ±0 sheet accuracy, ensuring high-throughput production for mass manufacturing.
The HL-1100HB is designed for thick notebooks with a book thickness range of 3–24 mm and 14–208 sheets per section, powered by a 65 KW motor. The HL-1100LJ is optimized for thin student exercise books with 14–130 sheets per section and a 50 KW motor. Both are cold glue binding lines from Lanxi Heli Machinery.
This notebook making machine produces exercise books, soft-cover notebooks, practice books, and office notebooks. It handles paper weights from 45–100 g/m² for inner pages and 70–300 g/m² for covers, with book widths from 140–300 mm and circumferences from 600–800 mm.
